D-Link RMA team provides warranty service. We will replace the product should our RMA Technicians
be unable to resolve the fault.

To return faulty product(s) to D-Link please refer to the Warranty Procedure steps shown above.

1. D-Link has the right to refuse products with visible physical damage.
2. Please note Warranty process may take 3-5 working days to complete.
3. DOA will be eligible for any products that are purchased and found faulty within 14 days.
